Mr. Jai Diwanji

Mr. Jai Diwanji (DIN: 00910410) is an advocate with over 25 years of experience in legal and regulatory advisory. He holds a B.A. in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Business Service Management degree from Tulane University, USA.


 

Currently a Senior Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai office, he advises Indian and international clients on corporate law, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and complex transactions across multiple sectors. As an Independent Director, he brings deep legal insight and regulatory perspective to the Board.
