Mr. Venkatraman Srinivasan

Mr. Venkatraman Srinivasan (DIN: 00246012) is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with nearly four decades of experience in audit, financial restructuring, mergers and amalgamations, valuation, and tax planning.


He has served on several professional and regulatory bodies, including the Depositor Education & Awareness Fund of the Reserve Bank of India and various committees of ICAI. His governance expertise is further strengthened by participation in an audit committee governance program at Harvard Business School.
